Catherine Freilich
Surgical Coordinator
Catherine Freilich has been immersed in the world of plastic surgery for over ten years. We were extremely fortunate to have her join our team almost two years ago. She brings with her a contagious enthusiasm, warm,welcoming personality as well as her vast knowledge of the plastic surgery field.
Her mission, as practice coordinator and as my personal assistant, is to ensure that each and every patient experiences a surgical or facial injection rejuvenation journey that is of the highest quality. We accept nothing less in our practice and Catherine embodies that principle.
Her responsibilities are multifaceted. She advises patients whether through phone calls,social media or in person. She is forever available and patients love the fact that she is so reachable and always there for them. Basically, she cares and this translates into our many happy patients.
Fun facts about Catherine: she plays competitive soccer, is an accomplished pianist and also has training as an esthetic technician.

Michelle Deskin
Specialized Nurse Injector, BScN
Michelle Deskin is a registered nurse who obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ottawa University. She has been in practice for many years and was on staff at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal and the Montreal General Hospital. Since 2006, she has been involved exclusively in the field of plastic surgery and (now) specializes in facial rejuvenation injection techniques.
She has undergone intensive training in injection techniques directly supervised by Dr Papanastasiou and the training staff of Allergan (the makers of Botox and Juvederm) and Galderma (the makers of Restylane). She also received one of the highest evaluations in the province of Quebec!
Always on the lookout for new techniques, she keeps up to date by attending all major seminars dealing with injectibles and has acquired a solid reputation in Montreal and throughout the Province of Québec for obtaining superb results and facial enhancements in all our patients. She is known for her light touch and natural-looking outcomes.
She is also the proud mother of 2 small girls and dedicates her life outside of work to them.

Jany-Eve Saucier
Surgical Nurse
After obtaining her degree from Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal, Jany-Eve began her first career in accounting and marketing.
After several years she realized her true passion was in the medical milieu.
After obtaining her nursing degree she joined our team in 2020. She has become an integral part of our patient’s surgical journey, from the initial consultation, to the day of surgery and to the post operative visits. Her soft spoken, reassuring demeanour has endeared her to many of our patients, while her attention to detail has made her an excellent assistant in the operating room.
